PMP Mustang of the Month

    Kim's 2004 Sonic Blue 3.9L V6 "Stang Gurl"

When you ask Kim about her 2004 V6 Show Worthy Mustang, she tells you what she thinks. "We purchased the car in June of 04 with 6 miles on the clock and bone stock. I have since put well over $10,000 into the car and a lot of time, labor, and love as well." This V6 has gotten her lots of attention, on and off the show curcuit. In 2004, she placing 2nd in the Jubilee Days Show and Shine, Old Glory Days Carshow, Greg Smith Ford Auto Show and the Best in the Midwest Carshow. She also got Top 25 in the Urich Carshow and Top 75 in the Deepwater Carshow. Things turned for the better in 2005 when she won 1st place in the TS Summer Slam, Sports Compact Division, and also in the Clinton Tech Show, 80-present modified. She also place Top 50 in the Midwest Dragfest.

The thing that makes this car so special are the modifications she has put together to make this stang stand out. For the exterior, she put on custom painted silver frost metallic 10" racing stripes w/ 1/4 inch accent pin striping, a vertical door conversion kit, Window tint (5% back glass/20% up front), custom "Stang Gurl" emblems, streetglow multi color/mode LED underbody lighting system, and SS bumper inserts. She also purchased smoked headlights with clear corners and a Mach1 grill delete kit from www.mustangtuning.com. For the suspension, she used Eibach Prokit lowering springs, Sonic Blue calipers, and put the car on 17" chrome Mach1 rims and tires.

The interior has been custom made to fit this car. The custom two toned leather seats w/ "Stang Gurl" embroidery, custom painted Sonic Blue interior bezels and custom one of a kind gauges w/ matching AC panel along with the triple plated chrome interior dress up kit illuminated by the blue interior neons make the dashboard really stand out. The custom "Stang Gurl" mirrored decklid mat really makes the rear of the car shine in a car show. As for the engine, she used blue engine loom to make it stang out and show off the Cold Air Intake. End off this stang with True dual Flowmaster exhaust w/ 3" rolled tips, and you have yourself on "Super Sonic" Mustang. Kim is proud of her one of a kind show car, and the judges agree!!!
