I have always loved Mustangs. Ever since I was a little boy, I was fasinated by
there style and appearance. It wasn't until I was 16 years old that I got my first
Mustang, a 1970 coupe that had seen its better days. It was hunter green and
I affectionatley named it "Booger". I owned this Mustang for about 2 years, and
when I finally sold it, all of the upholstrey was starting to fall of of the ceiling and
the bottom was rusted so bad that you could see the road through the floor board
on the passenger side. I sold it to a family that buys old cars and fix them up. I found
out a few years later that "Booger" had won 3 Classic Car shows that it had been in.
I was so happy to find that someone could make that car look its best.
In the Spring of 2000, I bought my second Mustang, a 1995 coupe. It was laser red with a 5 speed.
I owned this Mustang for 4 years added a Flowmaster Muffler, a short shifter, a K&N air filter and
hyper blue xenon headlights to give it that aftermarket effect. I was planning on dual exhaust and a CAI, but
totaled it out in the summer of 2004 and ended up buy a 94 Mustang Convertible. It needed some work
but didn't pay much for it. I put on duals, CAI, pulleys, headlights, spoiler, mach 1 chin spoiler and 02 16"
factory rims. I am currently trying to sell this Mustang b/c it is becoming a money pit and I can't keep working on
it. I am looking for either a 89-93 5.0 Foxbody or 94-95 GT.
When I got my first Mustang, I had just started class to obtain my MCSE Certification
to start a career the IT industry. I completed my A+ and Network + Certification and was
about to start my MCSE classes and decided that I would take another path, Web Design.
But, there was a problem. A month into taking the web design classes, the school closed
down. So there I was, with just the basics of HTML and not knowing my future. I got some
web design books and started to teach myself. My first incarnation of PureMustangPower.com
was named Jerry's Mustang Site. Click
here to check it out. It then went through a series of changes that took it through a bunch
of different layouts and Mustang subject matter and the name PureMustangPower was choosen.
Finally, I settled on what you see before you.
As my skills continue to improve and new ideas emerge for this site, PureMustangPower.com
will be the place to come for Mustang enthusiasts and car lovers alike. |
